We empower the families we work with through training on mastery of:
1 / Principles of creative orientation in which each individual is constantly in touch with his/her aspirations, vision and the current realities. This makes them clearly understand the difference between their vision and the current realities which generates power to act on closing these gaps hece enabling the person to realize the vision.
2 / Principles of systems thinking where we teach one to understand the interconnections between the different choices they make in realization of their visions.

Back home projects support
We support families with seeds and seedlings identified during community action planning meetings to establish income generating projects in their homes so as to have sustainable income options that they use to achieve their other visions such as constructing permanent houses, latrines and education provision to children.
