Nov 2024 // From September to November 2024, USEF had the opportunity to be part of a pro bono project conducted by Frankfurt School Student Consulting GmbH, a subsidiary of Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. The project was run entirely by the university’s dedicated students, consisting of a team of four consultants and one project manager.
The consulting goal was to be achieved within 80 consulting hours and concluded with a successful presentation of the results before the Ugandan Board of Directors, the Program Development Manager, the Executive Director and the Global Board of Directors.
In several online meetings, the Executive Director of USEF Uganda and a member of the Global Board of Directors from Germany participated. There were also bilateral discussions on specific topics with the students. The consultants thoroughly reviewed existing documents and quickly gained a very good overview of the activities and the status of USEF.
This team specified our Mission and Vision with us, developed a Theory of Change, visualized USEF's main focus in four workstreams and created an implementation roadmap for projects as well as for funding, all resulting in a five-year strategic plan for USEF.

The collaboration with the team from Frankfurt School Student Consulting has brought us a significant step forward. The students worked productively and efficiently on the topic in a short amount of time. November 2024
